- 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 to 1 cup liquid of your choice (I prefer whole fruit smoothies, thus I use water for my liquid, but feel free to use soy/rice/hemp/grain beverages, or juice in place of the water).
To make this a super duper, green smoothie, add:
- 1 giant handful fresh spinach leaves and/or 2-3 leaves chard or kale
Place the above ingredients in your blender (with or without the greens), blend until smooth, then enjoy!
